Jeffery Bendavid
Jeffery originally began his carrier with Moran in 1997, then co-founded MBBM Law Firm in 2006. Under Bendavid Law, Jeffery continues to represent his clients across the Country in all facets of business and real estate transactions, complex commercial litigation, gaming and administrative law, as well as complex class action defense for large privately and publicly held corporations. Jeffery personally structures and manages large complex business transactions, including all sizes of business sales and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions, and gaming transactions. In addition, Jeffery handles and manages all types of large complex litigation for the Firm, including large complex business disputes. Jeffery’s clients are not only based in Nevada, but across the Country and World. Jeffery represents all types of large and small privately held companies, large fortune 500 companies, in both business and real estate transactions, as well as complex commercial litigation.
